Dr and His Mrs are US citizens. Wedding was in India. Dr filed Divorce case They have quadruplets. 4 kids of 14 years old. US court ordered the custody of kids to Dr. His wife after it has come to India with kids and filed a case . Case is on on Chennai Coury. Her Lawyer said to the court that his client and kids whereabouts not known. Now Dr likes to have a second opinion.

This is utter misleading of the court. When the custody of the child has already been granted to Dr then he can claim the same through the court in India. Records will be there for entry into and exit from India. If children are not traceable then further action must be resorted to.
