पति सेक्शन 9 के तहत जिला कोर्ट में फ़ाइल लगाना चाहता है। पत्नी का कहना है वो घर आने को तैयार है , फ़ाइल लगाने की जरूरत नही है। लेकिन पति मुझे लेने आए तभी मैं घर आऊंगी। पति का कहना है लेने नही आऊंगा क्योकि पत्नी बिना अनुमति लिए अपनी मर्जी से मायके गयी थी, इसलिए पत्नी खुद ही घर आ जाए। मतलब साफ है पति-पत्नी दोनों जिद पर अड़े हुए है। पत्नी कहती है लेने आओ और पति चाहता है खुद घर आओ नही तो पति कोर्ट का रुख करेगा। इस situation में क्या करना चाहिए?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that it's a matter of ego so both the parties have to get on to some decision so it's better not go for litigation if both of them are in talking terms and if they want to go for litigation then the scenario can be critical for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

dono me se ek ko apni jid chhod ke compromise kar lena chahiye sorry bolne se agar relationship sahi ho jati h isse better kuch bhi nahi hai phir bhi agar nahi manna hai to court me mediation karwa lo

aisi situation me ydi court ka rukh krta h tab and court me section 9 ka case file krta h tab court uski patni ko bulwayega or jab wo court me hajir ho jayegi tab dono ke liye ek mediator niyukt krega fir dono pati patni ki batchit me mediator ke samne hogi or uski report ke bad hi case age proceed hoga
