सेक्शन 9 की फ़ाइल पति द्वारा लगाई गई है। क्या सेक्शन 9 में कोई कोर्ट पति को आदेश दे सकता है , पत्नी को घर वापिस लाने के लिए??? पत्नी का कहना है खुद लेने आओ. मैं आने के किये तैयार हूं. जबकि पति का कहना है स्वयं आ जाओ मैं लेने नही आऊंगा. कहने का मतलब यह है दोनो अपनी जिद पर अड़े हुए है..इस संबंध में क्या हो सकता है..झुकने को कोई तैयार नही है।

सेक्शन 9 में कोर्ट पति पत्नी दोनो को साथ रहने का आदेश दे सकता है और कोर्ट दोनो के बीच मध्यस्थता कर दोनो को विवाह के सिद्धांत समझाने की कोशिश कर सकता है। अधिक जानकारी के लिए आप हमे संपर्क कर सकते है।

hello, court can't compel anybody to live with... court can order after listening both the parties...if you have filed sec 9 thn court can try for mediation if mediation is failed and you people are adamant on your decision .. thn court will decide the case on merits...it seems that you guys have ego problem...for further details do contact..

हेलो मैडम अकॉर्डिंग टू इस प्रश्न के अवसर के लिए आप को कोर्ट सेक्शन लाइन में कोई भी सजा नहीं दे सकता और इस आदेश को किसी भी तरीके से प्रभावी नहीं कराया जा सकता आप भी कोर्ट में लगा दीजिए मुझे लेने नहीं आ रहे हैं एंड मुझे पत्नी का रिस्पेक्ट नहीं मिल रहा है अधिक जानकारी के लिए आप मुझसे संपर्क कर सकते हैं
