5 years gap..is it need to apply divorce for second marriage

2016 I got married.2017 to 2020 there is no contact with partner..if u go with second marriage,is it necessary for divorce?

if you want to perform a second marriage then you should divorce decree diverse degree from the court otherwise if you perform a second marriage it amounts to buy Jamie and 7 years the court of law

You can not remarry without obtaining the decree of divorce from your partner 2. Live in relationship also will be traeted as an act of adultery punishable should your partner lodges complaint against you in this regard.
