Giving false information and says untruthful statement before Court is punishable offence , please note section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure defined about this act of wrong dower.

If the allegations are wrong and the FIR is lodged falsely you can also go for quashing before the Hon'ble High Court; if it can be established that no primafacie case was established in the FIR it should be quashed and the criminal case shall end forthwith.
