498a, Domestic Violence And Divorce Case Condition

17-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a married woman from last 4 years. My husband is a cheap guy. I have filled a divorce from last 4 months and sec 498a against him. As he and his family are not agree to give divorce. The court has done non bailable warrant against them. But they are not coming to court from starting. How much time it will take for me to get divorce and if I can do anything else to get it as soon as possible?

Dear Client,

When was the order of non bailable warrant was passed by the competent court below. After the Court will be satisfied that the summon has been served properly and adequately then only in the event as such ex-parte divorce will be granted by the competent family Court.
