498a case has been filled on my husband and inlaws, now husband accepts and wants to reconcile

Hi,It is good that your husband want to reconcile and accept you again. Then you both can aproch high court to quash the FIR filed by you on your husband and in-law on the grounds of compromise between parties. Another ways are also there to keep your safety and reconcile the marriage too. When the matter will compromise before the court then your husband and in laws will refrain from harassing you again.

1. you can request the court to refer the case to mediation or settle the case in 498a. case. 2. you can file the restitution of the conjugal rights case in the family court. 3. you can submit before the court or request the court to settle the case .
