498a case dowry prohibition and DVC case

Hi nMy wife filed. case on me under 498a dowry prohibition and DVC act by stating illegal relationships based on watsapp chat and screen shots and watsapp pdfdocument. Can Family court consider the watsapp chat as an evidence without mobile device to confirm illegal relationship.As per the new rule guidance from supreme court will thew atsapp chat be ignored.Please. suggest

hi you contest the case saying its based on all false allegations and regarding whatsapp chats it is considered as only secondary evidence provided that the mobile phone is deposited in court and the Supreme Court judgment is related to contracts matter
