मेरा नाम दिनेश कुमार है और । मैं पीलीभीत उत्तरप्रदेश का रहने वाला हूं । मेरी पत्नी ने २०१८ में दहेज और घरेलू हिंसा के साथ मेंटिनेस का केस किया था । २०२० में खर्च 2000 रुपए प्रति माह बांध दिया गया है । किन्तु पत्नी ने अपनी गवाही में हम दोनों के बीच शारीरिक कभी संबंध नहीं बने है ये कहा है । और अब मै ने धारा 12 के अंर्तगत विवाह शून्यकरण का केस किया है । तो क्या मेरा विवाह शून्य हो सकता है । और खर्च बंद हो सकता है कृपया उचित सलाह दे

this is better option for you that your wife want to compromise with you first of all you discuss with your wife that in what terms she want to do compromise and negotiate with her for her terms and also tell her that all the cases filed by her will withdraw from her and after that u both file mutual divorce petition in family court. don't worry all the cases can be ended which is on you.
