498a and dv case pending in court

Husband and Wife are permanent residents of Canada. Husband applied for divorce in Canada and the Canadian court grants divorce in Canada. Wife remarries in Canada but hides this fact from Indian courts. What is the solution for this issue ? How can I get a proof that she is a married person

Well, you can lodge a case of Perjury against her in Indian Courts, if she has supressed the facts relating to her Marriage. As far as procuring the evidence is concerned of her Marriage in Canada, you can approach the concerned Authority before which every Canadian has to register its Marriage.

Need to have more clarity as to what is the nature of litigation pending before Indian court. If you have any issues in remarriage or custody of children then have to check the status of those cases first.
