1) Marriage duration is one month
2) we lived together for 16 days only
3) wife filing 498a case and DV case and stating marriage not consummated and impotent
4) Wife demanding 21 lakhs as ailmony
5) she wants to make it null and void annulment of marriage on the grounds of both husband and wife mentally not prepared to consumate the marriage
6) I have done tests iam perfectly fit
7) old parents are suffering because of this and calls and to go to the police station.
8)what will be the ailmony awarded if I contest with her
Please suggest what needs to done. Settle and close the issue or should fight legally
