I understand your questions. so your 498a case runing past 3years . till it is not come end. so now you want sugestions to it is how many time it will take so what is the procedure right my sugestions is so you are the complaimant Or Accused in this case you are not mentioned your questions so it is going on evedance and witness evedance is important so once it is over your case will come to argument stage than it will coming to judgement these are all the steps of case and if if it is not on proof to file a case so it will aquted case if it haveva profe it will convection.
