340 case in 125 crpc fiked in family court

OP in her R vs N affidavit has mentioned herself as jobless. When in reality she is working in Pvt firm making 1.08lakhs per month in hand. I have her offer letter which shows her company and package. Also i have proofs from her company portal which shows her working. In 125 case my reply is to be filed. I want to know should i file 340 case separelely? or along with my Statement i fakso move application of 340?

Dear friend, I have seen your query carefully and found that your wife deliberately and intentially concealed her income in her income affidavit. First of all, you should file an application before the concerned family court to direct her employer to produce all the necessary documents relating to the salary of your wife. you can also file a petition under Section 340 crpc for false information on oath.
