In this case, presently don’t worry about child custody if your husband file any petition before court and court will decide and further Christian law per se does not have any provision for custody but the issues are well solved by the Indian Divorce Act which is applicable to all of the religions of the country. The Indian Divorce Act, 1869 contains provisions relating to custody of children. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
until the age of 5 years Guardian is mother is the legal Guardian continued to the mother the mother is not fit to brought up the child then only through the permission of the four only child custody if mother is a healthy mental and is able to get the child even though she is financially weak and husband is obliged to maintain the child and the mother if the mother 6:00 the court for the maintenance there is a 100% chance study to the mother only certain visitation right may be granted to the father the father approach the court not the full child custody the divorce you can proceed he was on the ground of cruelty and dissolution by your husband at appropriate Court
