cousin brother married one lady and he has one baby now he has affair another lady may be he married last year what to do he is not caring first wife and baby

Dear Sir, The first wife can lodge a complaint with Police and if Police do not take any action then the victim may approach Magistrate directly by filing private complaint through Advocate. If FIR is registered same may be sent to his employer and his services may be terminated.

first wife can approach the court for maintenance of her and the baby. since, the second marriage is not considered to be a valid one and it becomes one of the reasons for neglecting the first Lady and the baby, so maintenance can be easily be ordered by the court.
