In a 125 Crpc case filed by a wife, in her interim maintenance application can the wife request for legal/litigation expenses and traveling expenses, rent expense? And are Legal expenses and traveling expenses combinedly known as 'Expenses of proceedings' ?
Under Section 125 CrPC, a wife can seek interim maintenance, which may include essential expenses. Litigation expenses and traveling costs can be claimed separately under ‘expenses of proceedings’ if necessary for attending court.
