125 crpc maintenance application issue

My wife applied for 125 crpc maintenance in Oct 2019 , after that she started staying with me till Aug 2020 in UK. Now in Nov 2020 i got court first notice from Patiala court. as per her application separation date id 19 may 2019 but actual separation date is Aug 2020 Court will deny her maintenance application as she mentioned wrong separation date which has difference of more than year ? As per rules maintenance should be applicable from date of application then it will be injustice as she was staying with her husband and also she want maintenance of that duration per provide your comments ?

If the wife was staying with her husband, especially during the pendency of the trial then the maintenance has to be withdrawn by the wife. Failure to do the same invites malafide intent. Please feel free to reach out directly for any further assistance.

hello client aa i can see ur issue is really a serious for you. aa you have described your problem in this matter maintinance issue is veey critical case on this matyer as you are saying that your wife is stating lie in court for tht mayter you need to prove tht your wife is stating lie im court if you are able to prove these things then only you can get benifit of her lie in court. you have to keep proof
