125 crpc - first hearing, reasons court accepts for longer date

Hello - I’m gonna attend for first hearing after receiving only summons . 1. What happens if I don’t attend first hearing after receiving summons 2. What reasons court accepts if I request 3months time to reply if I attend .. please provide your valuable suggestions

if you don't go, it will be ex parte. without hearing your objections court will proceed with the case. for next hearing how much time court will provide its discretion of the court. but if you show genuine ground court may give long date.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Nothing happens if you do not appear for first hearing and some judges may place you ex-parte and post it for Petitioner's evidence. Normally, three months time will not be given at a time. You may ask for time for 30 days at first instance like that in all you may get time for more than three months to file your objections.
