शादी का 1 वर्ष पूरा होने से पहले तलाक

सर, मेरी शादी 6 महीने पहले हुई थी, मेरी पत्नी व उसके घर वालो ने मार्च में मेरे घर आकर झगडा किया व अपने घर चले गये और जून में मेरे व मेरे परिवार के खिलाफ मारपीट,दहेज,छेडछाड की झुठी शिकायत महिला थाना में दे दी।वहां हमारा आपसी तौर पर पैसों व सामान का समझौता हो गया और तय हुआ कि मैं तयशुदा रकम उसे दूँगा परंतु तलाक कोर्ट में होगा और रकम भी कोर्ट के माध्यम से दी जायेगी । परंतु अब वो कह रही है कि कोर्ट में तलाक का केस करों वरना मेैं फिर से थानें मे शिकायत दूंगी तो इस स्थिति में मै क्या करूँ ।

sir, a petition for divorce under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act can only be presented after expiry of a period of one year from the date of marriage. However, until then a MOU can be entered into regarding the compromise so arrived at, which can later become a part of your divorce proceedings. simultaneously, the can also help you against any other legal proceedings as well till you obtain your decree for divorce.

Hello Sir / Mam Immediately file a case of divorce on her; 2. File for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act, under the grounds of cruelty; 3. You must also file for full custodial rights of the minor child and no visitation rights to the mother; 4. You must also tell the court you cannot pay her any maintenance since your foot is hurt and you yourself are living off your parent's money; 5.
