Wrong product delivered by online company, what action can i take

Hi, recently have ordered a product called smart band to check my pulse, on 28th february 2017. I paid Rs.1649/- through online transaction.On 3rd March 2017 around 11 am I received the package. when I opened the package I realized that product which was delivered to me is not the product which i ordered. The invoice which attested to the package is stating product and its MRP is Rs.1649/-. But when i opened I found product and its MRP is Rs.1249/-. (Online price is Rs.849/-). I had ordered this product because which could help me to monitor my heart beat contioniusly. But wrong product delivery made me to get frustruated. When I highlighted it to the company they have not taken serously and replied me that they are hoing to check. Can I file case for cheating and breaching my trust? Can I ask for compensation for the same?! Pls let me know
