i have sent my friend & his boyfriend photo together ( no vulgar photos) to her parents by an anonymous number. now she's filing a cyber crime complaint against the sender . what could be the punishment
Well, if the pics are not vulgar, you need not worry. ,However, if the pics sent by you have violated their privacy, then, then your friend can file a case for the Breach of Privacy, but Cyber Cell won't do anything in case of Breach of Privacy .
