will i face any legal issue if the person to whom i sold my old mobile

Hello,nI sold my old phone to my relative/friend, if he misused it for criminal purpose, Will I face any consequences ??

Well of course, you should have sold him without your Sim Card and have signed a Contract with him before selling, that, you are selling him the Mobile on so & so Date and after that, you will not remain responsible regards the way he use that mobile for any purpose.
