Where to lodge a cyber crime complain

Sir am a resident of Jalpaiguri here there is no separate wing of cyber cell on local police station. Kindly tell me where can I lodge my complain of cyber crime(name of police station) as am a victim of cyber crime
You can lodge the same with the local police station within your jurisdiction as well as a copy to the commissioner and ask them to lodge the FIR as per apex court guidelines.
Kindly send the same letter through speed post and police will not be able to refuse the same and will be bound to act upon.
