What to do neighbor abuses me and my family

My neighbor is abusing my family & me on Apartment Owners Whats app group. He and his wife have called us and are publicly shaming us in front of 300+ owners of the apartment. Cyber bulling and is personally targeting us. What are my rights? I have even asked the person to stop condemning us in public and yet his family continues. Can you please advise?
1. Here you did not mention the which kind of shaming and which kind of material circulated through whatsapp group.
2. In case if any obscene material circulated about you then you have all right to sue the person.

Hi...you can register a complaint in police station first and ask police to call your neighbours and give warning to them. After that your neighbours act is same you can also file a case in cyber crime police.
