What legal options do I have for a Coding Ninjas ISA penalty demand if

Hello everyone,
I need advice regarding my situation with Coding Ninjas Career Camp in India. I joined their ISA (Income Sharing Agreement) program in February 2022 but due to genuine financial hardship, mental stress, and salary delays at my workplace, I could not complete the course and I had to leave midway.
Now, Coding Ninjas is demanding a penalty of ₹3,60,000, but they offered a discounted settlement of ₹1,35,000 under a 36-month EMI plan if I take a loan. They even tried to process a loa
Are you given any written consent for your loan process. If the loan was processed without your written consent means you have the right file an FIR under section 403, 415 and 420 of IPC . You may approach the Consumer Forum to file a complaint for deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the consumer protection act 2019. Legally if you did not complete the course and did not get placed, their demand for payment can be challenged .
