A person just above my roof runs an illegal usrp based mobile tower to delibarately intercept all the mobile data packets to get potential confidential credentials of both type personal as well as professional in my room since last few years, whenever i go outside to a few meters it gets back to normal, i have tested and confirmed it with 20 different smartphones with all major nsps...so what are the sections and punishment terms as per it act as i have collected tons of details of the illegal operation as well as radio fingerprints? Also as the same station can potentially be used to break into other civil and police/ mil communication channels, does that also involve espionage and sedition acts? Thanks in advance.
