What if the girl's phone number given by someone is misused the phone number by scamming or doing something wrong or plan to do something,Will the person who give the phone number also be booked for that crime, If there what is the punishment, or there is any section to protect the person from issues

If she gets to know that her phone number is being misused then she can always approach the police station of her area or the cyber cell and the person accused can be booked under 354 Indian Penal Code for outraging the modesty of a woman or he can also be held liable under The Indecent Representation of Women Act.
