I am writing to formally address an issue concerning the freezing of my Indian bank account and a police notice I received from Karnataka Police regarding an alleged fraud case. I wish to clarify my situation and seek guidance on resolving this matter as I was unknowingly misled into participating in a fraudulent transaction.
one reason for freezing your bank account could be that crime has been registered before the karnataka police . You should file a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court and send a reply to the police regarding the same.
