Under Section 66 E and 67 IT Act 2000 also defamation case

I had traval with a person by train On that day some hot talk and miss behave performed by this person & I post some word with his photo at social media platform like facebook & Threads also deleted . And person send a legal notice through Facebook messanger to me u/s. 66E & 67 of IT act, 2000. and GDE filed in his local cyber cell. Now he file 156 Misc Petition against me at court. Please advise me u/s. 66e & 67 can applying against me? What can I do now?

Sections 66E and 67 of the IT Act apply only in specific situations involving violation of privacy or obscene electronic content. Merely posting and later deleting a photo with comments, without obscene or private content, does not automatically attract these sections. A 156(3) petition is only for police investigation and does not mean guilt. You should consult a lawyer immediately, keep all records, and be ready to oppose the application or seek appropriate relief if any FIR is registered. For help in this matter, please contact me.
