I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Your relative's actions constitute a serious violation of your privacy, and you have every right to take legal action against them. Under Indian criminal law, your relative's actions may constitute an offense under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Penal Code. Specifically, your relative may have committed an offense under Section 66 of the IT Act, which criminalizes unauthorized access to a computer system, and Section 354C of the IPC, which criminalizes voyeurism (capturing images of a person engaged in a private act). You can file a complaint with the police station in the jurisdiction where the offense took place. You should provide as much detail as possible about the incident, including the date, time, and location, and any evidence you have (such as screenshots of the messages your relative sent you). The police will investigate the matter and, if they find evidence of an offense, will file a First Information Report (FIR) and begin legal proceedings against your relative. In addition to criminal action, you may also have the option of pursuing civil action against your relative for invasion of privacy. You should consult with a lawyer experienced in privacy and data protection law to determine your legal options and the best course of action. It is important to take action as soon as possible to protect your privacy and prevent any further harm.
