Unable to get court order even after 6 months of hardships


15-Apr-2026 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Lost money in an online trading scam and is in debt. Three amounts were frozen 6 months ago but are still not released. The High Court directed us to apply to the district court again. We don’t know if any unclaimed amount remains in the frozen account. Please advise if court action is still viable and guide us on the steps and documents needed to recover the funds.

Approch Trial court and get court order for refunding the freezed amount. Next approch concerned cyber crime police station where you gave complaint. Ask inspector to Attach court order and send e mail to freezed amount holding bank to comply the court order.
