THREATS AND Theft, A Girl Is Not Returning My Money

A girl threatened me to to file a complaint against me for harassment. I have neither been even close to her area, or physically confronted her or her family. All I asked back was my money. Which she blatantly refused to pay back and is defaming me whereas it was her thug brother who threatened to beat me up and threatened to search for me in my college and my residential area. What to do?

ap sanse pahle ssp ko application de kar sari information de phir ap uske khilaf 156(3) se f. i. r bhi Kara sakte hai saath hi hi ap civil suit file kar apna paisa bhi le sakte h evidence collect kare phir f. i. r karaye
