he pretended to be an online product seller . after the payment , he blocked on telegram
i only have his name and upi id no other information . he was a fraud i made a complaint to cybercrime , i intimated my bank and they said we will try my best .i need my money back and he should be brought up in the name of law cause he is still doing it with the same id
what should i do ?

According to this issue, you may get direction to the police from the appropriate Court to file first information report . after that the police officers will take appropriate action and take the accused to their custody. and take action to block the ID of the offender, and sees the money and give it to u back. by this way u may seek remedy.
