The insurance co gave me a counter offer with 15% high premium saying I have hyperlipidemia. I didn't pay as in health checkup done by the company, all values in lipid profile are in desirable range. In my last years health checkup my triglycerides were in borderline range and all other were in normal range. I don't have BP, diabetes etc . Just on the basis of borderline triglycerides a year ago is not enough for diagnosing hyperlipidemia especially when recent health checkup shown good health.

hi if the insurance company had rejected your claim without any basis or any proper reasons then you could them issue legal notice asking them to refund money or pay compensation and if they failed to act then you could issue legal notice to them
