tempered with my google account downloaded everything , no permission

My cousin brother tempered his no. For verification into my google account and was stalking everything i did every message and everything i have proof that he used his number in verification but can police track that he breached in my whatsapp privacy and other as well. He still have all those photos videos everything of me with him somewhere. What can i do that all those photos are retrieved and his wrong doings can be shown to everybody in the family. Will cyber police be helpful in this or this is not possible? He is an IITian 2014 very good with computers and he is 8 years older than me. He is staking me since 2018 i got to know about it recently. Can cbyerpolice help me and can his activities be tracked how much he did and what he did

Cyber cell is ought to help you in such a precarious situation...It is immaterial what and who that person is..Cracking iit doesn't give him the license to comport himself inappropriately. Complain it to the nearest magistrate having jurisdiction or lodge an fir against him of all the prosecution he has committed upon you. He ex facie becomes culpable in the eyes and courts of law.
