Sir fir has been registered on my name for group betting online and registered a case under Telangana state gaming act sections 3 and 4 nWhat kind of punishment I will get when submitted in court nWill I get prisoned or fine

hi you could file quash petition in court to quash the FIR on the ground that it is based on all false allegatioms and when was the FIR was registered and that you could obtain necessary orders from court
