Someone took all my money from my phonepe account

02-Sep-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
I gave a ad about my old things on olx. A person wanted to buy my thing and said that he will send his staff and he wants to pay me through phonepe. He said that he could not transfer his money to my account. His money is pending due to network issue. If I transfer some money then this problem will be solved. I transferred some money then he said if I transfer more then he will be able to pay all my money. I made 4*4 transactions like this but he didn't return my money and he is still saying that his money is pending online due to network issue. He took 10,990/- from my account. he took 10,970/- from my another account.
