Slice Credit card Online Fraud

Online fraud transactions happened with slice credit card & I immediately reported it to cyber cell & lodged an FIR and explained them via mail, but suddenly I started getting repayment mails along with late charges & fees, the NBFC is not following RBI guidelines and sending me repayments mails daily & my CIBIL report is impacting becoz of that. I want them to stop sending me repayments and withdraw any late charges, shall I need to do consumer complaint or file a case in this matter?

First you tell me that, How is this money debit from your credit card? I mean how has the froud been with you? Did you share any otp with anyone? And you block your card very soon by talking to customer care
