Sir, one of my friend got falsy implicated in a Facebook online abuse case. Police couldn't trace the IP address of that particular chat. Without tracking of IP address police filed chargesheet and subsequently lower court judge convicted my friend. The judge was not even knowing what is IP address and relevance of it in cyber crimes. Can he win the case in appeal

hello client as i can see you friend got cinvicted in a false and fabricated case . as a matter of fact tht is your fault tht you case was not fought by cyber crime lawyer instead of tht you choose normal advocated for the case in your case yes offcourse you can win the appeal of thecase and the judge will get the punishment for not dealing with the case properly .
