My friend( a 19 year old man) sexts with a 17 year old girl on discord who claimed she was 18 years old when asked ,will the man still be guilty if complained later. Sexting happened with consent and the chat was deleted both by the man and the girl. Also the man is from India while girl from Australia. No blackmails/threats were given and no photos are stored with anyone.
Sending sexual photographs of yourself or someone else is illegal. Sending or receiving sexual photographs of anyone is illegal. This is very serious and you can be charged with crimes related to transmitting pornography.
