Seeking Justice After Being Cheated of 7 Lakhs in a Bogus Cryptocurren

I was unfortunately swindled out of approximately 7 lakhs by a homeopathic practitioner I knew. He introduced me to another person who claimed to invest my hard-earned money in a fake cryptocurrency that turned out to be worthless. Despite lodging complaints with the local police station in Bandra, the online cyber police portal,FIR has been lodged seven months ago, there has been no progress on my case. The authorities seem disinterested. What further steps can I take to seek justice?

Well, you can file a Writ Petition in the High Court against the prolonged delay which has been happening in your case. However, you need to show which fundamental right of your's has been violated by the delay which is happening in your case, which i will show it for you after studying your case in detail.
