Scammed money and hacked my phone took all personal data with fb ids

he hacked my phone, and took all my details about everything: my personal photos, account details, social media accounts, and many more. He also scammed 2750 rupees. Also, my Facebook accounts were compromised. At last,he made my phone switch off for 10 minutes and erased every single data,making my phone display lost.he has a WhatsApp group with thousands of people.I have evidence,including chat logs,the scammer's location,payment proof,his house name,his partner's name,and their numbers

You should file a complaint at your jurisdictional police station regarding the mobile hack and lost amount. If police do not take any action against the crime you can file a private complaint at your jurisdictional magistrate court. You can also file a complaint with your desired bank authority regarding the lost amount. Maybe there is a chance of malicious apps installed to use the hacking.
