Requirements on Power of attorney (for two different cases)

28-Sep-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
I am going to fly to UK in a month period and currently I am in middle of two different things for which I would require a lawyer. 1) I have a registered a cyber crime complain and I am expecting resolution to happen after I would have flew to UK, also it may go to court. So can I assign someone else to take care of it behalf of me? 2) I have a ongoing contact with a third party and the contact won't be completed before I would have left and in case of fraud or breach of contract, what options would I have? Can I assign someone else?

Yes you can execute a revocable Power of attorney to someone known to deal with the cyber crime case filed by you. 2) If the power holder breaches the power given by you then we may issue a notice first to the holder and then you may cancel it. for that a revocable POA must be executed.
