Dear Sir/Madam,
I need to remove the below mentioned video from youtube because it's containing caste issue and the girl who gave the complaint, she already withdraw the complaint. so please consider the girl's & her family future and please remove the video(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8uOJ2YH4cI&authuser=0)
Please advise how to raise the request legally on above.

according to your issue, you may go to YouTube settings, and search for report column. send the request , if not so made, lodge a complaint in Police Commissioner office cyber crime cell, they will take legal steps to delete that. by this way you may seek remedy.
