Remedy in case the mail id is been used by many unauthorised servers?

hello i had faced a problem where my mail id was hacked and login from several places and steal information from my account. i had made a complain in EOW in 2014 where i was brutally tortured by security or those people who came under them or those who connected mentally with each other.... i was tortured on almost every place and almost every person..... Same thing was done with my father in 1985's and took all his money and during that 2014-2015 all my money was wasted by these people..... I have copy of complain and try to know the status of complain which was misplaced by concern person. I was also took IP address of those places where my id was login and my information steal from that. but department neglect things and wasting my time..... although same torture still running in different shape..... It was same thing like my father and he was also tortured for 23yrs..... Kindly suggest what action i can take against them..... and for companies too....
