I handle netbanking (board approved)of my club at SBI bank.nIt has been changed recently without my knowledge .nIs this legal, what should I do now.

you must file a complain with the cyber laws stating the cause of the incident and then ask them to investigate on the same and find out who is culprit on behalf of the penalise the concerned person or authority
