Regarding Online Fraud Transaction

I Have Posted Property Ad On Magicbricks From There Fraudster Randeep Singh Got My Number And Claimed Himself As An Indian Army Soldier. He Gave All His Legal Documents And Batallion Information To Me And Even Did Video Call On WhatsApp Presenting Himself In Indian Army Uniform.....Then He Said He Wants To Make Deal Of My Property And Ask Me To Give My Google Pay Number. Then He Hacked My Phone And Transacted Sum Of Rs 5001 From My HDFC Bank Account.Transaction Id is 217826363030.....I Have Complained In The Local Police Station But Still No Response from Them And Even The Bank Is Denying To Refund My Money So What Should I Do Now Kindly Help Me Out Of This

please file a complain in cyber cell of your respective city and annexed the print out of the transaction with the application and if you have call recordings with him of the call and you wont get the money until its not recovered from him
