Regarding fraud digital agreement

I signed a deal with a Paper and Jones company. Which is a company for online data entry. As per the digital agreement they mentioned that if the task didn't finished in given time I need to pay penalty charges. But before the due date they blocked my login. Now they are asking me to pay extra money to unblock my login. If I deny they are threatening me to pay penalty charges, however if I deny to pay the charges they are threatening me to file case against Section 17, 74 and 75 by text messages. Please assit me with satisfactory solution.
this is a scam operating from various locations in India. You seem to be a probable victim of this entire episode. You need to report this incident to the nearest police station at the earliest inform about the exact details of the date on which you were given the contract, the date on which it was revoked, the mobile numbers from which we are getting SMS, names of persons if anybody has spoken to you on phone. provide all information in as much detail as possible to the police
