Regarding fake I'd created on social media and created my charector ba

Dear sir,
My husband created fake Facebook id with my sister name and shared my photos and created my charector badly with out my knowledge. It happened in April I have not taken any action against him, now I want to take action against him.
I want to know the legal advice what are the sections for this case and and will the police will take action against him
Hi , as you said your husband created fake Facebook id on ur sister name with your pictures and he created your character bad on this Facebook ....so u can complaint in police station or u directly file a petition in court by approaching a lawyer he will help u and your husband will be in jail
