Regarding Cyberbully and violation of privacy

I was feeding dogs hygienically and with utmost care and one of the dogs was injured due to the person intentionally riding over the puppy. one day i was feeding the puppies and that same person clicked my photo without my consent or permission and share in social media and whatsapp in group over 200 people and with a bad intentions and threatened me to take down the complaint against him for intentionally killing the dog. this is harassing me

You can file a police complain against such person under section 503, 504, 506 IPC , you can also register a case under prevention of cruelty to Animal 1960, if police do not register FIR , you can go before CJM court to get the FIR registered under section 156(3) CrPC.
